Ideas to make money in a University world!
Thanks for dropping by!
Going to Uni can be an expensive choice so let me share some tips to actually make you money…
I don’t mean save money, choosing cheaper “own brands” before the beans that you love, I mean tips on how to actually make you money. Yes, that’s right. It’s not about how to get a bigger student loan but maybe how to start paying it back!
While I’m building up resources for you on the rest of this site, why not start with something so easy you could teach your grandmother how to do it.
Amazon Associates.
I’m sure you’ve bought something online from Amazon.co.uk.
Have you heard of their Associates scheme?
Keep scrolling down that Amazon page and you’ll see a link at the bottom inviting you to “Join Associates”…
Once you’ve created an account – it takes just a few minutes – you can get a variety of tools that put a small web-link on any website, blog or html email signature that you use. When your readers see this web-link and click on it, they get taken to the Amazon website. If they then make any purchases, you get a small percentage of the sales price!
This doesn’t cost your reader a penny extra, it doesn’t take them a second longer.
They get the book, the gadget, the gift that they wanted and you get a small “Thank You” from Amazon.
Now with Christmas approaching you might want to look at including a widget that includes a link to your own “Amazon Wishlist”. That way you share with your family and friends helpful ideas for things they might like to buy you at Christmas AND you get a small percentage of the purchase price!
If you buy a product an like it, why not tell your friends and send them an affiliate link?!
But don’t keep this secret to yourself – tell your friends how to set up an Amazon Associates account. Given the volumes of purchases made online, I think there’s plenty to share all round!
It’s not a get-rich-quick scheme but it is about the easiest way to start making money on the internet.
Why not give it a go right now!
